Infinitron sets up which accounts can sign in.

If your organization asks for admin approval, see why.

The portal only asks Microsoft for your name and email address, so most organizations let you approve it yourself. If yours asks for approval, someone with the Application Administrator or Cloud Application Administrator role can approve it once for everyone; it doesn't need a Global Administrator.

Your Cloudflare

If your domains are on Cloudflare, you can share a read-only view so Infinitron can watch your domains' expiry, suggest services to monitor, and spot unexpected DNS changes. It can't change anything, and you can revoke it in Cloudflare at any time.

Create a read-only token in Cloudflare. It opens with Zone: Read and DNS: Read already chosen; you can limit it to specific domains. Click Create Token and copy it.

On-site probes

A probe is a PowerShell script on a Windows machine on your network (Windows 10 / Server 2016 or newer). It runs checks that can't be done from outside: ping, private addresses, port 25 and internal websites. It only makes outbound HTTPS calls, and only ever receives check targets and settings, never code.

Maintenance windows
